The primeval forest on the hillside of Mt. Fuji, when it’s snowbound, no one can near it. I took this work and painted it in the depths of the forest while snowing. The ink brush freezes in about 5 minutes, so hot water in the pot is a must. Suddenly, a huge deer appeared through the trees, ran right in front of me and disappeared.
