About the Artist
A talented artist, he creates contemporary ‘oil spot’ Tenmoku bowls, that possess such depth that they resemble miniature cosmoses. The elegant light contained within them possesses a unique iridescence.

1984 Born in Shigaraki, Shiga Prefecture
2005 Graduated from Department of Fine Arts and Design, Ceramic Course of Kyoto Saga Art College
2007 Produced potteries at Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Colorado
2009 Produced potteries at Hananoki Kiln in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture
