Wind

September 18, 2014 - October 04, 2014

It is the season of the Mid-Autumn Festival which is a harvest festival held on the night of the full moon early September to early October in Asian countries including Japan. As an annual event, Ippodo is having an exhibition of tea bowls and utensils for the moon night tea ceremony.
This year, the theme is "Wind." The wind becomes the energy and comfortably protects the activities of all living creatures. We hope the lucky winds blow to you just like the lucky winds which Ippodo is currently feeling after the agonizing period. All beautiful tea bowls and utensils in the gallery will make you feel the wind.
